Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nobleroots.nl. If your return is accepted, you can send it at your own expense to Kerkewijk 117, 3904 JB Veenendaal, Netherlands. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return has been accepted.
14-Day Legal Cooling-Off Period in the EU
If your goods are shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with the policy above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@nobleroots.nl.
